In that case, it is necessary that the administrator of the portal of your company realize the unlocking of its user.

If in this case you do not know who the administrator is, please contact our CS team via online chat or e-mail suporte@atlasgov.com

Once your user is unlocked, you can log in again.

If you have forgotten your password, simply click "I forgot my password" and you will immediately receive the link to reset it.
