- Go to the meeting for which you want to add a guest
- Click on the button "Add item"
- Enter the Title of the agenda item of the guest
- Click on "Next" and enter the name of the person who will comment on this agenda item
- Click on "Guest" and enable the notification below if you want to send an invitation to the guest
- Enter the e-mail address of the guest for them to receive the invitation.
- Enter the duration of the item and finalize
The guest’s invitation will be for the same time as your agenda. And do not worry, guests will not have access to Atlas.
